Rockaway Townsquare Mall has long been a great destination for shopping and dining, and now there’s another outstanding reason to visit: Career Carnival for Kids will hold its next special event on Saturday, May 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on the lower level outside Macy’s.

This exciting event is free and open to all.

Career Guides from AHS Goryeb Children’s Hospital, Erin Misurelli - State Farm Insurance, Wicked Technologies LLC, Elm Design Studio, Jennifer Pickett - Compass RE, and Tri-K will be among the companies and organizations sharing hands-on activities, demos, games, and giveaways to “spark career curiosity” among elementary and middle school students.

There will also be plenty of fun for younger and older kids, as well as parents, educators, and anyone with an interest in the wide world of work.

Career Carnival for Kids will showcase occupations across a range of fields, including marketing (Kraus Marketing, Alliance Promotional Products), business and finance (M&T Bank), health and wellness (Par 5 Physical Therapy, Fitness Knocking), engineering (ASCE, AWWA NJ), career consulting (AP, Lifestyle & Consulting), performance arts (Newton Theatre), law and public safety (Morris County Sheriff's Office, Rockaway Police, Rockaway Fire Department, NJ Army National Guard), and more.

In addition to picking up last-minute gifts for Mother’s Day at the mall on Saturday, May 7, take home a head full of career insights, ideas, and inspiration.

Register via Eventbrite today – the first 100 kids who register will receive a Career Carnival for Kids bag at the event!
