Spread the Cheer!  34th Annual Toy Drive

It’s that time of the year again, to collect holiday toys for underprivileged children! Hopefully you are interested in participating! This is the 34th year I will be doing the toy drive with my family for St. Peter’s Home for Boys and the New Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter.

St. Peter’s Home is dedicated to boys ages 8-19. They live in a structured loving living environment. The boys carry on with all of the normal activities of school and athletics.  There are currently six boys at St. Peter’s ages 16 -20.  The Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter is dedicated to the protection of women and their children.  To say these children need help is an understatement. This year we are collecting GIFT CARDS, NEW UNWRAPPED TOYS and NEW WARM CLOTHING.

Ideas for donations include: gloves, scarves, socks, sweaters, athletic equipment, gift cards (movies, music, McDonald’s etc.), stuffed toys, books, and toiletries. Please refrain from any toy guns or any toys with relevance to violence.

All that you need to do to organize a toy drive in your place of business is to have people bring these items into your business or into my office. I will be picking up and dropping off all gifts that we receive on Tuesday, December 13th, 2022.
