Looking for flexible, affordable childcare?

Apr 10, 2022 05:16PM ● By Wendy Bennett, Au Pair in America

Consider hosting an Au Pair with Au Pair in America!

*Care in the Comfort of Your Own Home

Create a customized childcare schedule of up to 10 hours per day and 45 hours per week to keep your household running smoothly.  No more aggravation dealing with sick days, snow days, and life’s little surprises.

*Intercultural Childcare

Au Pairs enrich families through cultural exchange as much as they provide excellent childcare assistance. Children benefit from exposure to other cultures and customs, languages, and global perspectives. Au Pair in America recruits from nearly 60 countries so you may choose an Au Pair to connect with your family heritage, a certain language, or build a connection with someone from a specific country or world region.

*Personalized, 24/7 Support

Our team will get to know you, and your family’s specific childcare needs. From selecting an Au Pair to providing ongoing support throughout the program, Au Pair in America will make sure everything goes smoothly for you every step of the way.

*Experienced and Screened Care

Our Au Pairs have at least 200 hours of recent childcare experience and must pass a rigorous screening process and background check.  Once in the U.S., every au pair must complete our robust orientation program which features child-development training, child-safety training, and customized American Red Cross training.

Named Best Overall Au Pair Program 2021 and 2022 by Verywell Family®

Spotlight on: Daiane from Brazil , who was named the first place winner of our Au Pair of the Year award.

Her host family shares, "We fell in love with Daiane the very first time we interviewed with her and by the next day we had matched! She is just that charismatic and genuine. During the time it took for her to secure visa and arrive in USA due to pandemic related delays, she meticulously prepared lists of activities she had planned to do with our three kids whose personalities and ages couldn't be any different. She took keen notes about our family, our Pakistani Muslim culture and the beautiful country of America that we are living in."
